   "This project is an attempt to take existing data sources 
   and reformat them for online access. The HCGL has a 
   collection of vessel data sheets created over the past 
   thirty years and a collection of approximately 90,000 
   images of Great Lakes vessels. This image database is 
   the end product of combining these two data formats into 
   an online tool for researchers."

I did a search on Rig: tug, and Gross Tons: LTE 20 to get these
photos. Unfortunately, there's no way on the site to search for a boat
by the photo ID #. However, if you make the same search, the results
show up in order, and the item name is the same as the photo name.
